Squeezer Juice Bar started with one simple belief: that what you put in your body matters. We cold-press every juice and blend every smoothie fresh each morning — no concentrates, no shortcuts, no compromise.
The beginning
Where it all began
Squeezer was founded by people who were tired of "healthy" options that were anything but. Too much sugar, too many additives, packaging that outlives the planet. We wanted something better — for our bodies and for the world around us.
We started small: a single bar, a cold-press machine, and a queue of regulars who kept coming back. Today we serve hundreds of customers daily, but the recipe hasn't changed. Real fruit. Real veg. Real goodness.

Founder & Head of Product
Former nutritionist turned entrepreneur. Lena created the original Squeezer recipes and still approves every new addition to the menu.
Sipho Dlamini
Operations Manager
Sipho keeps the bars running smoothly — from supplier relationships to daily logistics. If it's fresh and on time, it's because of him.
Anika van der Berg
Sustainability Lead
Anika drives our eco-packaging programme and carbon-reduction initiatives. She's the reason our straws are made from sugarcane.
